A system will track off the East Coast on Monday,making for soggy commutes to start the week. Above-average temperatures will spread from the West into the Plains. The West will remain active with rain and snow showers from mid-to-late week. Another storm will take shape for parts of the central and eastern U.S. starting late on Wednesday.
