Severe weather will return across parts of the Midwest and Plains late this week as a new system tracks through. Damaging winds,large hail and isolated tornadoes are all possible beginning on Thursday for places like Des Moines and Omaha. The threat will then shift eastward on Friday to include Chicago,St. Louis and Oklahoma City.
