It may be the first official weekend of spring,but it won’t feel like it in the Midwest and Northeast. Snow and blustery winds are expected in cities like Boston,Portland and Duluth. A wintry mix could lead to slick roads across parts of the Great Lakes and interior Northeast through early Monday. Strong winds—gusting up to 40 mph—may also impact much of the northern tier,potentially causing travel delays in major hubs like New York and Chicago.
